Will these work in ProPresenter?
Yes. ProRes 422 plays natively in ProPresenter, Resolume and most media servers. The 4K MP4s play anywhere, if you need a lighter file.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Both unlock every pack in the library. Basic downloads 1920×1080 MP4s and stills for one church location. Premium gets everything in 4K, adds the ProRes 422 masters and covers every campus you run.
What happens to my loops if I cancel?
Anything you downloaded while you were a member stays licensed to your church. You just won't be able to download new files.
Our screen isn't 16:9. Can you help?
Yes. Every loop is generated, not filmed, so we can render any pack at your exact LED wall, ultrawide or vertical size. See custom sizes.
How long is each loop?
Most loops are 10 seconds and a few slower ones run 20. Both repeat seamlessly, so they can run through a whole set without a visible restart.
Why abstract and not themed visuals?
Literal imagery wears out fast and can compete with the song. Abstract motion sets a mood without telling the room what to think, so one look works for many weeks.
